Privacy & Terms

Last updated: July 2026

This page explains what information Scurite collects through this website, how it is used, and how project intellectual property is generally handled. It is a summary policy; individual client agreements take precedence for contracted work.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a contact form or quote request, we collect the details you provide directly: name, email, phone number, company, and project information. We do not collect payment information through this website.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to enquiries, prepare project quotes, and communicate about ongoing or prospective work. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

3. Cookies & analytics

This site may use basic analytics cookies to understand overall traffic patterns. These do not identify you personally and can be disabled in your browser settings at any time.

4. Data retention

Contact and quote request data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or fulfil a contract, and is deleted or anonymised afterward on request.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@scurite.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Intellectual property (project work)

For client projects, IP ownership terms are set out in the individual project agreement. As a general policy, source code and IP transfer to the client upon final payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@scurite.com or via the contact form on this site.
